Change is the law of nature and the man too should change with time. But still there are certain age old established behavioral and personality traits that define the human social existence and the adherence of which is the pre-requisite for the proper conduct of social life. The value systems of any age facilitate respect to the fellow human being and lead the individual and the society into degrees of greater excellence. What if a man wins the world but still loses himself? So the saying goes like this...if wealth is lost...nothing is lost, if health is lost...something is lost, if character is lost...every thing is lost. The prominence of character is not to be eroded in any age.

The Center for Advancement of Career & Human Excellence at Geethanjali College of Pharmacy, is established to impart the age old value systems to our young generation and expose them to the moral precepts in order to equip them to the social and moral challenges of the time. This nuclear and space age has brought in a structural change in the society. The paradigm shift the society has taken threw new and baffling challenges to the youth of the day. Added to these moral and ethical predilections is the cutthroat competition in the employment arena. Attempting these perplexities is a mamothic task. The Center for Advancement of Career & Human Excellence (CACHE) is a spiritual guru, a technical guide, social glue and philosophical preceptor and a career councilor.

At CACHE, during the afternoons of every Saturday, we conduct Seminars, Workshops, and Symposia by eminent Professors from reputed universities and research centers and also by scientists from different industries and Research and Development centers. Also organized are Paper Presentations, Group Discussions, Quizzes, Debates, Elocutions, Essay Writing competitions and science talks.

Topics of scientific and technical relevance, and also topics of national and international significance are given a face-lift in the center’s activities. Students are also exposed to various career options right from the day one of his/her joining, thereby facilitating their faster career choice and also growth. Center oversees not just placement activities but also their human excellence skills. So, a holistic impartation of technical skills and life skills chirp the students of Geethanjali as the most eligible employees and more so as individuals.

Currently our first batch (2007-08) students are entered into IV B.Pharmacy and we should have placements of the following organizations like Aurobindo Pharmaceuticals LTD,, Bharat Pharmaceuticals PVT LTD, Reddy labs etc.
