• Incubation Centre established in 2019 and carrying out the “Preparation and nutritive evaluation of azolla pinnata pellets/ granules as poultry feed”
• Recognised as R&D Centre (SIRO) by DSIR in 2018, the same is extended till 2020
• Submitted research project to DST by Dr. B. Bhattacharya "Study of Anticancer activity of Clerodendrum multiflorum Burm. F, Family Verbenaceae in cancer by targeting p53 gene amp telomerase enzyme on Swiss albino mice"
• RECOGNIZED UNDER SECTION 2(f), 12 (B) of UGC Act, 1956)
• 11 Faculty members with Ph.D qualification in the college.
• NEN (National Entrepreneurship Network) conducted.

• Optimization and development of bacterial peptides –A Strategy to treat oral cancer, by Dr. P. Neeraja
• Engineering copper nanoparticle coated berries of solanum lycopersicum to extend shelf life by Dr. R. Naga Kishore

• AICTE grant was applied in 2017-18 academic year to conduct a national conference DRAVYAKA.
• One lakh twenty thousand Financial Assistant was granted by AICTE as grant in aid vide letter no. 7-134/RIFD/POLICY-1/2013-2014 dated 26 th July, 2013 towards the conduct of national conference DRAVYAKA. This is applied by the scientific committee lead by Dr. M. Ravi Kumar and executed by Dr. R. Sivakumar and Mrs. P. Neeraja.
