Scope of B. Pharmcy
While students choose one particular area of Pharmceutical research, they will be exposed to many other aspects of the Pharmceutical sciences in order to round out their educational experience.
Faculty: We have 5 professors 06 Associate Professors and 51 Assistant Professors in Pharmcy and 2 General Science and Humanities Lecturer in our Faculty Members. Our Teaching faculty are well supported by qualified and experienced Lab. Technicians and Attenders during lab work. Our Library is well maintained by qualified and experienced Librarian and his team. Office administration, College establishment and Examination branch are well maintained by Administrative Officer and his team with the support of faculty in required areas. We have sufficient supporting staff to maintain the cleanliness of the college.

Learning of Pharmceutical sciences is thoroughly supported with practical. In view of that practicals are give due weight age in the syllabus. Geethanjali college of Pharmcy has provided total of 13 laboratories up to the date to cater the needs of students in learning practical skills in Pharmceutical sciences. These laboratories are designed in such a manner that, it provides better working environment and safety.
Laboratories are developed as per the norms of JNTU, AICTE, and PCI. Many of our laboratory measurements are more than specified norms. All laboratories are furnished with required Equipment, Apparatus, Glassware, Metal-ware and Computer Systems.
Currently the following laboratories are established to cater the needs of I II,&III B.Pharmcy students according to the JNTU curriculum. Remaining laboratories construction is completed, establishment is under process.

Geethanjali College of Pharmcy prepares students for positions in industry, health care profession, Pharmcy practice, governmental agencies and Pharmceutical education. Ample scope of learning theoretical aspects of subjects is provides to students to develop and maintain scholarly growth in the Pharmceutical industry, biomedical services, Clinical studies etc.,through different departments of our college.

Laboratory facilities in GCOP include ample space, well equipped, sophisticated instruments and adequate consumables in all labs of major branches like Pharmceutical chemistry& Analysis, Pharmceutics.Pharmcognosy and Pharmcology departments.
Major equipment includes: UV Spectrophotometer(Double beam), Conductvitymeter, Potentiometer, FLourimeter, Nephlometer, Flame Photometer,Ph meter, Refractometer, polarimeter, ball mill apparatus, hot air oven, ointment sealing machine, handling of microscopes, RBC & WBC counting chambers, condenser, distillation apparatus, Sahlis Haemocytometer.
